Butternut Lake Lodge offers unique opportunities to both small companies and major corporate customers that desire access to a world-class entertainment facility without the liabilities of direct ownership. We are very interested in entering into arrangements with businesses for timeshare, set date or occasional usage of the Butternut Lake Lodge complex. We believe the following examples may prove interesting to prospective business partners and are also prepared to discuss customized arrangements catering to specific needs or requirements:

Occasional usage by sales or project staff with business in the Park Falls area as an attractive alternative to local hotels.

Weekend entertainment packages for sales staff and clients or as part of a rewards/benefit scheme for employees (e.g. service anniversary awards, employee of the year, etc.)

Sportsmen's client entertainment packages with prearranged outfitting services for trophy fishing, wingshooting, golf, snowmobiling, canoeing etc.

Alliance arrangements with other high-end lodges, resorts and camps throughout the U.S. to provide their and our customers with access to regionally unique outdoor recreational opportunities and first class facilities and service.

Partnership (possibly through LLC membership) in the Butternut Lake Lodge venture for companies or other entities with significant usage requirements and that desire the cost and tax benefits that might be derived from this type of arrangement.
