Rates are subject to change without notice.

*During peak season the main lodge is available for weekly rental only but daily/weekend bookings will be considered for open dates less than four weeks from date of inquiry.

Suites are available for daily, weekend or weekly rental year round.

Occupancy
	· Lodge may not exceed eight persons. · Suites may not exceed four persons. · Tents, trailers, campers or mobile homes are not allowed on site except by prior arrangement.

Smoking & Pets
	· Smoking is not allowed inside buildings at any time. · Pets are not allowed on the premises. Exceptions may be given by prior approval for crated/outdoor hunting dogs brought by tenants as part of a hunting party.

Damage Deposit
	· Lodge & Lodge w/Suites - $200 plus 5% of accommodations rental. · Suite(s) only - (reserved more than two nights) - $100 each suite

Taxes
	· State (5%), county (0.5%) and local (4.5%) taxes will be applied to accommodations rental. State (5%) and county (0.5%) taxes will be applied to watercraft rental.

Payment Schedule

· 30% of amount (accommodations rental, watercraft rental & taxes) is due within 10 days of receipt of Confirmation of Reservation and Rental Agreement (CRRA). Balance plus damage deposit is due 90 days in advance of arrival date.
· Rentals confirmed 90 days or less in advance of arrival date will require full payment within 10 days of receipt of Confirmation of Reservation and Rental Agreement.

Cancellation Policy

· Cancellations made 120 days prior to occupancy date will receive full refund.
· Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to occupancy date will receive back ½ of the accommodation & watercraft rental and full damage deposit and tax.
· Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to occupancy date and 'no shows' will forfeit the entire accommodation & watercraft rental but will receive back damage deposit and tax.
· Forfeiture of the accommodation & watercraft rental will not apply in the event the reservation manager is able to secure alternate bookings for dates cancelled.

· Watercraft rental is subject to terms of Butternut Lake Lodge Cancellation Policy (on p. 2 of CRRA).
